Die Pausen dazwischen, ebenfalls 400m,\u00a0 sollten knapp unter 5:00 Min\/Km gelaufen werden. Der Puls darf sich im SB Bereich, also zwischen ca. 87% &#8211; 93% Bereich bewegen. Hab mich an meiner Laufuhr orientiert, die mir die Pace in Min\/Km anzeigt. Die obigen Laps habe ich manuell anhand des Kurvenverlaufes hinzugef\u00fcgt. Vieleicht h\u00e4tte ich besser die Zeit zus\u00e4tzlich getsoppt, w\u00e4re eventuell genauer gewesen.
